LASER ENGRAVING VARIATIONS - Due to slight variations in the composition of the item its possible laser engraving results will vary from time to time. This is considered normal.

4CP DIGITAL DIRECT PRINTING - Colour Variations - Due to the contrast between the product colour and decoration colours some combinations may create minor variations in the decoration colour which is considered acceptable. CMYK + White - White ink may be laid down underneath CMYK colours for print vibrancy at our discretion. If white ink is required to be printed as a standalone colour please advise on your PO and include in your artwork

PRINT PERMANENCY - Epoxy doming improves the print life, however constant action of keys may eventually remove the doming process. Laser engraving is the only method we guarantee the copy will stay for the life of the product.

EPOXY DOMING - Whilst a print with epoxy dome is the most attractive option, it can highlight and magnify minute scratches or imperfections in the product, especially when design does not use full coverage of available print area. If in doubt request a random sample or request a pre-production sample at additional cost.
